The National Roads Company (better known as the department of public works - Maatz) is one of the largest websites in the Israeli public service (as for now at least) and it's using Drupal. The website sets high standards with regards to the quality of public services (needless to say - only as far the website goes... we have nothing to do with the quality of the roads themselves ;) ).

National Geographic Personal Explorer is a new tourism website, which features quality content by the yellow giant.
The content is divided into three levels of depth: Guides, Tours and Points of interest, with each guide covering a city or a region, and many points of interest which combine various thematic tours (e.g., romantic Paris, wine trail in Toscana etc).

Each piece of content may also be attached to one or more reusable media assets - images, audio and video - thus creating a rich view of each place,while allowing the conservation of resources.
